meg ferrigno holds a doctorate in Sustainability and over two decades of experience building transformative programs around the world. She brings a deep commitment to regenerative practices and social impact. Having grown up growing organic food with her family, she is thrilled to be back on a farm, particularly in San Diego where she helped co-found San Diego Climate week to help foster local resilience. Supporting healthy ecosystems and nurturing thriving communities through hyper local organic produce brings her joy, as does her favorite vegetable: eggplant!

Zach Orlando-Milbauer
Farm Manager

Zach is a Graduate of the University of California Davis with a Degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems and an emphasis in farming, ecology, and soil science. With experience in food service and growing produce sustainably at different scales, he is eager to work closely with community members and local eaters to help build a more resilient San Diego Food System. In his free time he enjoys playing volleyball and spending time outdoors. His favorite vegetable on the farm are the cucumbers!

Ethan Pearah
Farm Manager

Ethan is a graduate of Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems at UC Davis. He is very passionate about connecting people to food production and helping people improve their understanding of food to make it one of the most healthy and enjoyable parts of life! He is from SanDiego and when he isn’t farming, he enjoys making music, taking photos, surfing, and cooking. His favorite vegetable might be the onion or really the whole Allium family because of their fantastic culinary uses.
